To je deloma posledica intervala menjave motornega olja, ki je zdaj nastavljen na neverjetnih 1000 ur, deloma pa tudi intervalov menjave menjalnika in hidravlike, ki so zdaj nastavljeni na neverjetnih 2000 ur. \u0160tirje modeli dru\u017eine \u2013 6190 TTV, 6210 TTV, 6230 TTV in 6230 TTV HD \u2013 so opremljeni s preizku\u0161enim motorjem Deutz TCD 6.1 Stage V z najve\u010djo mo\u010djo in navorom do 230 KM oziroma 970 Nm. Vsi modeli se zana\u0161ajo na popolnoma nov menjalnik TTV, z izjemno gladkostjo in udobjem vo\u017enje ter bistveno izbolj\u0161ano u\u010dinkovitostjo. Prvi\u010d se lahko modeli serije 6 z mo\u010djo nad 200 KM vozijo s hitrostjo 60 km\/h.<\/p>\n<p>MOTOR:<br \/>\nSRCE JE \u0160E MO\u010cNEJE<br \/>\n6-valjni motor Deutz TCD s turbopolnilnikom, hladilnikom polnilnega zraka in skupnim vodom do 1600 barov uporablja \u010drpalke za vbrizgavanje, ki jih ma\u017ee motorno olje. S paketom SCR, DOC in pasivnim DPF za naknadno obdelavo izpu\u0161nih plinov lahko izkoristi svoj polni potencial, kar zagotavlja minimalno porabo goriva, kar v kombinaciji z novimi velikimi monolitnimi rezervoarji za gorivo s prostornino do 505 l (6230 HD) , zagotavlja izjemno dolgo obmo\u010dje delovanja. Pasivni dizelski filter trdnih delcev, ki se uporablja v sistemu za naknadno obdelavo izpu\u0161nih plinov, ponuja tri prednosti: brez dodatnega vbrizgavanja dizelskega goriva za \u010di\u0161\u010denje filtra, manj proizvodnje toplote in bistveno hitrej\u0161e regeneracije v primerjavi s tradicionalnimi filtri. Vse to pomaga prihraniti \u010das in denar ob popolnem upo\u0161tevanju omejitev, ki jih nalaga stopnja V. Za prevoz po cesti je na voljo motorna zavora s posebnim no\u017enim pedalom, ki pove\u010da zavorno zmogljivost motorja za 40 %. Dodatna zavorna sila, ki jo ustvari motorna zavora, bistveno zmanj\u0161a obrabo in podalj\u0161a \u017eivljenjsko dobo komponent obi\u010dajnega zavornega sistema.<\/p>\n<p>MENJALNIK:<br \/>\nNa podlagi enake postavitve, ki je bila \u017ee predstavljena v modelih serije 7 in 8 TTV, novi brezstopenjski menjalniki TTV dvigujejo lestvico v kategoriji glede u\u010dinkovitosti in zanesljivosti. Popolna kombinacija planetarnih mehanskih komponent z dvema visoko u\u010dinkovitima visokotla\u010dnima hidrostati\u010dnima enotama, ki zagotavlja dosledno gladek in enakomeren pretok mo\u010di brez sunkov in z najve\u010djo zmogljivostjo, da ne omenjamo zmanj\u0161ane porabe goriva in manj\u0161ega odvajanja toplote. Novi pogonski sklop, ki je kon\u010dno sestavljen v Nem\u010diji v Deutz-Fahr Land v Lauingenu, ima izjemno visoko zmogljiv menjalnik, ki novi seriji 6 TTV daje pospe\u0161ek in uglajenost brez primere ter znatno pove\u010danje navora, ki se prena\u0161a na kolesa.
